Refund and Returns Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to the Radical U™ Platform and its services. To receive a full refund, you must do so by emailing Support@RadicalU.com from your registered email address, providing your full name and Student ID number. Your request must be received no later than 14 days from your original payment date or before you have completed equal to or more than four modules (sessions).

We must receive your request from Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST during operating business hours. We do not work on Federal or Major Holidays. If you send the email on the weekend or Holidays, the number of days is still in effect. If you are a monthly subscriber, you must cancel 15 days before your renewal date not to be charged your upcoming subscription fee. If you are an annual subscriber, you must cancel anytime during your year at least 15 days before your renewal date. If you do not cancel within your year, you will be charged on your annual subscription date, and NO refunds shall be given. Your access to our Platform will remain in effect until the end of that month or year.

This is a strict refund policy, and NO allowances will be made.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received (see above), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 Business Days.

If you have not met the criteria for a refund you will receive an email explaining why and your access to your paid services will remain in affect until the end of your renewal term.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
